I wasn't going to share this until the anniversary of Cassie going over rainbow bridge but it's too beautiful not to share.
As a lot of you know, Cassie was and will always be my fur-daughter. She was so much more than a family pet to me and got me through the roughest days of my life.
Last year while I was struggling with her gone, this wonderful lady Karen L. Carlson wrote a poem based on all the traits Cassie had.
This poem helped me, I read it so often and now I smile instead of cry, I laugh instead of sobbing, I remember the 13 years with her, not the 8 months she's been gone.
So Karen, no words can describe the gratefulness I have for you doing this.
